Cultural Bridges Inc. Cultural IQ is provides cultural intelligence training to organizations through workshops. These workshops have been developed for educational institutions, corporations, individual, government agencies, and nonprofits.
What is Cultural IQ?
By definition, Cultural IQ is the capability to function and relate effectively in culturally diverse situations.Human beings create culture in various groups; families, social groups, nations, and organizations.
Culture is made up of many things including:
- language
- communication
- thoughts
- expected behaviour and customs
- roles and rituals
As businesses and educational institutions build more diverse teams, there is a greater need to have a unified strategy and skill set for how to relate and work across cultural differences. This is where Cultural Bridges, Cultural IQ can play a significant role in creating strong Cultural Intelligence and as a result, successful, happy, people and organizations.
About Cultural Bridges
At Cultural Bridges our founder Malvina is trained and certified in Cultural Intelligence Facilitation and Consultation (Level 1 and 2) from the Cultural Intelligence Center. As the Chief Cultural Officer at Cultural Bridges, she brings her refined intercultural skills to our workshops. She’s engaging, compassionate, and understanding, and wants to help organizations work more effectively as they grow.
