We offer a number of intercultural workshops to suit a variety of needs. Our workshops are designed to help you start from the beginning or build upon current programs. These workshops have been developed for educational institutions, corporations, individuals, government agencies and nonprofit organizations.
Developing Cultural Intelligence: Working Effectively Across Cultures™
This workshop provides staff with an introduction to the cultural intelligence model and research with a heavy emphasis upon its application for effectively working across domestic and/or international differences.
Participants will be given examples and best practices for using cultural intelligence across their organization and will leave with an action plan for improving and applying their cultural intelligence.

This highly interactive half-day or full-day workshop is designed to help participants explore their individual biases as well as the systemic bias present in common organizational practices, processes, and policies. Research-based practices are embedded throughout. Participants will leave the workshop with culturally intelligent strategies for disrupting bias in their individual lives and organizations.
Participants draw upon research-based findings to improve their self-awareness and develop the first steps for relating and working with cultural intelligence.
